The reception staff provided excellent support during check-in and check-out processes. they were also a great help when i needed information about my stay. the hotel features were nice additions. I made use of the pool and gym. my room was maintained in a super clean condition daily.
the hotel heating system did not perform as expected in my room. it was a bit difficult to get the temperature where i wanted it.

the room included soft linens and comfortable beds, perfect after a long day. there was an iron with an ironing board available, alongside ample shower and shampoo supplies. a complimentary bottle of water with tea and coffee was provided..

the staff showed kindness and professionalism both at reception and within the spa area. their attentiveness greatly improved the quality of the visit. i appreciated the efficient support throughout my entire stay.

The hotel is close to public transport. friendly staff are always ready to help, i found nikoletta particularly good. She. the breakfast was great. It was plentiful with varied, high-quality options.
i paid for a classic king room with a city view. however, i was given a standard twin room overlooking the corridors. the bathroom sink also had a crack.

The television did not function well in the room. I always had to unplug it to turn it off. It was impossible to change channels. The shower has a stream in the hose that cannot be adjusted. It is too strong and very bad. The door of the closet in the room was broken, and I could not close it. The views from the window were nothing. I could have been given a room with river views.

I appreciated the ideal location for public transport into the city. It made exploring so easy. the staff was cute, and their attentiveness really stood out. the breakfast buffet offered a fresh and varied selection, constantly replenished, which i thoroughly enjoyed. i found the spa a true luxury.
I was a little disappointed to find that the gym only had one running machine working. Another one was not available. i hope they address this soon.

the hotel room was spacious and clean. a BIG bed ensured restful nights. the bathroom included body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. a kettle with tea and coffee was available. it was a short walk to many public transport options. the indoor pools were clean and offered nice relaxation.

I am frustrated. The spa was a let down. The pools weren't warm, I think it was outdated. Most staff was unfriendly. I found a leaky drain plug in the bath, and the bed wasn't comfortable. The room did not have a minibar. I wouldn't want to spend more time in this facility.
